If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

We will offer a refund for goods in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Seals must be intact. 

In the event of opened and/or non-saleable goods returned to us, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return.

Please email us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and details of return. We will send you our confirmation and returns procedure. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of this confirmation, making sure to include your order number inside the parcel.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a form of tracking service and/or shipping insurance for your return delivery as we can only offer a refund for items safely returned to us, in the original condition.

We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). Please note that the original delivery charge is not eligible for a refund.

In the highly unlikely event of loss or damaged goods, please contact us with details so we can resolve the matter straight away.
